中新社台北5月20日电 就台湾地区领导人赖清德“5·20”讲话中有关两岸关系的内容，潘兆民等多位台湾政治学者认为，赖清德无视祈盼两岸和平的主流民意，“亲美反中”、甘当“棋子”，令人不安。
台湾东海大学通识中心教授潘兆民接受中新社记者采访时说，虽然赖清德讲话中提到“对话取代对抗”“追求和平共荣”，但展开交流需要有善意，“没有善意，要怎么进行和平对话？”
他说，目前两岸关系正处于低潮阶段，台湾人民祈盼两岸和平，最重要的是堆叠互信、改变紧张对立局面。赖清德却强调所谓“互不隶属”“反并吞”，作为只取得少数民意支持的领导者，他只想以更加“亲美反中”维持选票基础，这很危险。台湾地区前领导人蔡英文在其任内已经造成台海危机四伏，赖还要引发下一次危机？
台湾国际战略学会理事长王昆义告诉记者，赖清德的讲话不只未触及“九二共识”，也不提中华民族、中华文化、中华文明等较为宽广的共同框架。赖清德就职讲话中还隐藏了“两国论”的说辞，其治下两岸关系不可期待、令人悲观。
当天，开盘上涨的台北股市在赖清德发表讲话后盘势急转向下。王昆义说，尤其台股观光类股一度明显下杀，说明市场不看好未来一段时间两岸关系发展。
他期待，大陆方面将既定的对台政策继续推动下去，不管民进党当局要干什么，持续以交流来促进两岸民间融合，引导台湾人民更认同大陆方面的作为而非民进党的作为，未来会有改变的契机。
中国文化大学“国发大陆所”副教授刘性仁认为，就两岸关系而言，赖清德稍早前的人事安排已经无法让人感受到善意，其“5·20”讲话多处表明“台独”心迹，有意外、有暴冲，无新意、无作为，和平只是空话。
他向中新社记者指出，赖清德既无意突破其表述，也不愿凸显两岸之“同”。没有共同的政治基础，很难期待两岸关系能有改善，复谈难度甚大，未来相当不乐观。(完)
